Fundamental to our approach is that we should be known to you, explain what we are doing, be willing to listen to you and answer your questions. This is what this blog will try to achieve. So this isn´t all about me or the team. It is about having a discussion about the future of Bédar and what we all want and hope for. So let´s hear from you. Make a comment, ask a question or just let us know what you think about what is happening.
It is a mad process at the moment. Numerous emails passing between all members of the team, consulting with advisers and making sure that we have got our policies right and that we are communicating them clearly. The cultural challenging is exhilerating although sometimes daunting - we are having to be careful we don´t misunderstand each other with the two languages and we are keen to know and understand the two cultures. For all of us, this is an important part of what we are doing.
